This notice explains what happens to the information you give us through this website.

What we collect. When you use the contact form, we collect your name, work email, organisation, role, country (if you give it), the offer you are interested in, the approximate number of people, and what you write about your situation. When you download the Team Wise Walk card, we collect your name, work email and organisation, and whether you asked for occasional updates.

How we use it. We use it only to reply to your enquiry and, if you asked for them, to send occasional updates, no more than once a month. We do not sell or share your information with anyone else, and we do not use it for advertising.

Where it is kept. Your information is stored securely by our website and database provider and sent by email to us so we can reply.

How long we keep it. We keep enquiries for up to two years after our last contact with you, and download details until you ask us to remove them or unsubscribe.

Visitor statistics. We count visits to the site in aggregate, to understand which pages are useful. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Your choices. You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop receiving updates, at any time by writing to sai@coherence.live.
