Sai Krupa Sagar

Sai Krupa Sagar has spent more than three decades in enterprise technology, including VP-level roles at Motorola, Microsoft, Wipro and Cognizant. In those roles he saw from the inside how often strong leaders and capable teams are held back not by skill, but by reacting before they see clearly.

Alongside that career he has practised and taught contemplative attention practice for about twenty years. He is a trustee and teacher at Pyramid Valley International in Bengaluru, and founded The Stillness Project to bring these practices to working professionals, leaders and families.

Awareness Intelligence at Work brings those two lives together: the practical habits of building things that work, and the training of attention that lets people use them under pressure. The method behind it, StillWise, is set out in full in his book StillWise: A practical guide to Stillness Practice and the Wise Walk.

What we believe

  • Most workplace problems are seen before they are solved.
  • Clarity under pressure is a skill, and it can be trained.
  • Systems shape behaviour. Change both.
  • A method is only as good as what happens on Monday.
