One path. Real issues. Change that holds.
Every offer follows the same three parts, so you always know what you are buying and what your people will experience.
INTRODUCTION
2 hoursOne live issue, one Wise Walk
IMMERSION
1 or 2 days, in personThe Wise Walk on real issues, decisions and agreements
INTEGRATION
4 weeksDaily practice, weekly 90-min clinic, ends with a review
Introduction · 2 hours
One live issue, taken through a Wise Walk, with the people who own it. The sponsor and participants see what the approach does before anyone commits to more. It is a decision point, not a presentation.
Immersion · 1 or 2 days, in person
The core. Participants learn the Wise Walk by applying it to their own issues, and leave with decisions, agreements and personal commitments. Each day opens with a short settle; short "mindful check-ins" for the working day are introduced.
Integration · 4 weeks
Training with nothing after it tends to fade. Integration is what comes after. Participants meet for 90 minutes a week, live online, and practise for a few minutes a day with a guide and an app.
Every Integration session has the same rhythm:
- 10 minutesSettle:
- a short attention practice
- 15 minutesWhat happened:
- what each person tried, and what they learned
- 45 minutesWise Walk clinic:
- live situations from the week, worked in pairs or trios
- 15 minutesOne new tool, or questions
- 5 minutesThis week:
- one practice and one walk to take on
The final session reviews what actually changed against what people expected. A six-week extension is available, and is the default for Emerging Leaders.

How organisations usually start
Most organisations start small, with one live issue, and expand when they see value: one Introduction, then the Immersion and Integration for the audience where the need is clearest, then other levels, so the same language runs through the organisation.
